Live Well Centre website privacy policy

This website is owned by Middlesbrough Council and is a project with Middlesbrough Council Public Health. Any information which you send to us through this website by browsing the site, is managed as follows:

We do not collect your data anywhere on this site. Data sent to us via email as a result of viewing this site (but not sent directly through the site) will be stored in a secure inbox, which will only be accessible to the Live Well Centre Staff.

9. How we will contact you

We will always try to respond to you using the contact method you used originally. In other words, we will respond to an email with an email, and a phone call with a phone call, unless you ask us to do otherwise. In some cases it may be necessary to respond in a different way, for example, sending a room hire form to you via email after you have phoned us, in which case we will explain that that is what we will do.

10. Subject Access Request

At Middlesbrough Council we are open and honest about how we store your personal data and what we use it for. At any time you can complete a subject access request which will inform you what information we hold about you and how that information is being used. To request a subject access request please go to the data protection page on our council website. You will need to specify that your request for information relates to the Live Well Centre.
