Introduce yourself to Mandy’s Tai Chi for an invigorating warm up

Follow Val and Imran for a range of functional exercises designed to improve balance and co-ordination whilst strengthening supporting muscle groups. Perfect for getting you back on track after lockdown!

You must be able to stand unaided to complete this program, please watch the following video and complete the test before applying:-

3 – Cardio strength

4 – Strength

5 – Step plus leg extension

6 – Tricep Kickback for upper arms (back)

7 – Bicep Curls
