FitSteps is an energetic, up beat dance fitness class featuring all of your favourite strictly dances. It is designed to give real, measurable fitness results. It is suitable for all ages and abilities and you don’t need a partner.

You will have so much fun you won’t even realise you are getting fit!

A well paced routine with simple choreography, this graceful piece will help to improve posture and improve range of movement in the joints. Suitable for beginner (Level 1) to Intermediate (Level 2).

Fitsteps Jive

Ready to shake things up with this energising jive? Wake up the senses, burn calories and have fun. Suitable for beginner (Level 1) to Intermediate (Level 2).

Fitsteps Country

Always consult your GP or medical professional before starting this or any other exercise program.

A high energy routine to improve heart health, burn calories and improve co-ordination. Suitable for intermediate (Level 2) to Advanced (Level 3).

Remember to work to a 5-6 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being your max and take regular water breaks!
