MUST service - Eat Well Cook Well in care homes

The MUST service provides training to care home staff on the identification, monitoring and treatment of malnutrition.

The training focuses on the use of a nutritional screening tool (MUST) and food first approach for treatment of malnutrition.

The training  is to raise awareness of malnutrition and hydration amongst care home staff and how they can prevent residents from becoming malnourished.

This course is in house and is arranged through care home managers in the local area.
