An evidence-based, hands-on cooking programme that teaches people of all ages how to cook meals from scratch. We work with partners across the UK who inspire thousands of people to improve their health, through making better food choices every year.
The eight-week course focuses on instilling basic kitchen and food skills in a fun and engaging way. All classes use Jamie Oliver recipes and resources, specifically developed with nutrition and balance in mind.
Some eligibility criteria does apply. Forms are available at the Ground Floor reception area, which will tell you more. If you’re eligible, complete one of the forms and hand it back at reception.
