Integrated Support Solutions team

The Integrated Support Solutions team is specialist team which provides help and support to adults and young people. Their services cover a range of areas including substance use, domestic abuse, and housing / homelessness.

To access the service, self-referral, GP referral, and external service referral are all accepted.

If you’d like to refer yourself or someone else to the service you can call 01642 726800, or visit the service in person.

A ‘drop in’ service is available from 1pm to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
