Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength, and flexibility.

The pilates class runs from in the Studio (2nd Floor) every Thursday from 12pm to 12.45pm.

The class is delivered by Suzanne Younger.

Middlesbrough Council’s Health Development team offers a wide range of exercise classes to staff and the local community. All classes are delivered by a trained instructor at a cost of £2.
