Mindfulness - Inward Bound

Marie Cunningham’s weekly mindfulness classes help to improve your health and wellbeing, and self-esteem. All sessions are lottery funded and are open to anyone in the community regardless of age, gender, or nationality.

Marie’s workshop aims to help with dealing with depression, emotional healing, and changing negative thinking.

Mindfulness runs every Friday from 12.30pm to 2.30pm, in Training Room 2 (3rd Floor).
