Exercise on Referral is a 12 week gym programme for people with a wide range of pre-existing health conditions. It’s designed for people who want to improve their physical, and emotional, health and wellbeing by implementing exercise into their weekly routine.
You’ll be given a personalised gym programme and one to one support once you’ve been referred to the programme. You’ll also be supervised at all times during the gym session.
You can only take part in Exercise on Referral if you’ve been referred by your GP.
The class runs every Tuesday, 11am to 12.30pm, and Thursday, 10am to 11.30am, in the 2nd Floor Gym.
